    I created the 30-Day Body Transformation Challenge after having my own personal transformation along with information that I've gained over the past ten years on healthy living.


    I want to help you get the body you deserve, so when you look in the mirror you feel like a million bucks!

    In the past, whenever I would talk about my body, most people would look at me and say: “What are you complaining about, youʼve looked the same since you were a teenager,” so I rarely spoke up about my own issues, and I kept them inside.


    But the thing is, it doesnʼt matter what you look like, most women hate something about their bodies.


    For me – growing up, I was super short.


    Because I was small and danced a lot, I looked really young and sometimes people would make fun of me for having “no boobs.” I was often self conscious about this and because of the muscles I developed over the years from dancing, I didn't have much of a waist either. Not exactly the coveted hourglass figure!


    Eventually I grew to appreciate my body, but as I got older, I started to get bottom heavy with thicker thighs, extra belly fat, and a bigger bum.


    October 2011 was a turning point for me.

    That's when I discovered a program and products that completely changed my body.


    I was living in New York City at the time and working a ton during the day, then networking at night. To say I didn't have much time was an understatement. I wasn't going to the gym, I wasn't eating healthy, and overall I was feeling pretty exhausted.

    For sure! The 30-Day Body Transformation Challenge was created with the busiest lifestyles in mind. In fact, only 4 days during the month will you need to change your schedule slightly since these will be your cleanse days. The rest of the days you will have shakes and regular food.

    Are there any "liquid only" days?

    There are 4 cleanse days during the month, however, it is imperative to eat small snacks even during cleanse days, to keep your energy up and your metabolism going. During the 30 days there are 4 cleanse days for detoxing your body. These cleanse days are not liquid only and include specific low calorie snacks with a balance of proteins, carbohydrates and healthy fats to keep you feeling satisfied with energy during your cleanse days.

    I'd like to lose more than 15lbs, is this program a good fit for me?

    For sure! If your goal is to lose more than 12-15 lbs, we can adapt the program to help you get there. Clinical trials found that the Isagenix Cleansing and Fat Burning System provided subjects with an average weight loss of 6.4 pounds. We’ve had people on this program lose as little as five and as much as 100 lbs (over 12 months).

    Will I feel hungry on this program?

    Probably during your cleanse days you’ll feel a bit hungry! But that’s only for 4 days during the month and it’s worth it for the results! Plus, your cleanse days will be completely guided and will include snacks. The rest of the month, you’ll be eating normally, as well as consuming meal replacement protein shakes, which will definitely make you feel full.

    Are the products you use healthy and free of artificial sweeteners?

    I don’t need to lose weight, but I still want to take advantage of the benefits of Cleanse Days. How do I adapt the program so I don’t end up losing weight?

    Although not everyone is overweight, every single one of us is toxic. Since Cleanse Days have the side benefit of safe yet dramatic weight/fat loss, those who do not want to lose weight will need to make some minor modifications. Cleanse Days should be the same no matter what. However, your Shake Days should be different: instead of enjoying two shakes and one meal consisting of 400 to 600 calories, add more calories into your day. For example, you could have two shakes, two meals, plus lots of healthy, nutrient-dense snacks in between. Each shake can include fresh or frozen fruit, natural nut butters, etc., to add extra nutrient-dense (not empty) calories. The meals should include lean protein, lots of fresh vegetables, healthy fats, and a generous amount of low-glycemic carbohydrates, such as from brown rice, baked sweet potatoes, or whole-grain pasta.

    What happens after the 30-Days are over?

    It’s completely up to you! You can stop using the products after the 30 days, or you can stay on a maintenance program for long-term health and wellness. Although there are no “have to’s”, it’s hard to imagine why anybody wouldn’t want to continue feeling fabulous.   • One Final Note...

    To get to know me better, I thought I would share with you my big “a-ha” moment and my journey from junk food addict to healthy living and self-care advocate.


    In the past, I used to eat anything and everything that was bad for me, especially chips, candy, hot dogs, hamburgers, junk food – you name it!


    Then in 2005 at the age of 57, my mom was diagnosed with Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer. This shaped me as a person and it made me realize that even though someone looks healthy on the outside, they could be living with toxins in their body that they don’t even know about.


    After my mom’s diagnosis, I felt powerless because I couldn’t change the situation or make her better and it was really scary, because I just didn’t know what to do. But, for some reason, I felt I had to do something, even something small.


    So in August 2005, I became a research fanatic and healthy living crusader! I spent hours on end studying and researching everything I could find on cancer, nutrition, alternative medicine, as well as non-traditional approaches to disease treatment and prevention.


    I learned about foods that could be used to slow the growth of cancer cells and I would post charts on my mom's fridge with the information I found. In September 2005, I quit eating meat except for fish, and I started following my own anti-aging regime.


    Since then, I’ve been dedicated to learning about the relationship between disease prevention and the body, mind, and spirit connection. Specifically how nutrition, exercise, environmental toxins and our own emotions and stress levels can play factors in harming us or healing us.
